About the model

Real estate crowdlending in Argentina

Real estate crowdlending is a modern, accessible way to take part in real estate projects without needing large amounts of capital. The model brings together different investors who contribute funds to finance developments tied to construction, property refurbishment or the creation of new urban spaces.

Through a digital platform, each person can review different opportunities, choose the project that best fits their goals and invest according to their possibilities. The pooled funds are allocated to a specific initiative and, when the project meets its milestones, the economic results are distributed among participants in proportion to their contribution.

In Argentina, where urban development, housing and the recovery of property value remain areas of interest, crowdlending appears as an alternative to bring the real estate market closer to more people. It is no longer a space reserved only for construction companies, large investors or specialised funds.

This system allows participation in projects such as residential buildings, housing complexes, refurbishments, urban works or real estate ventures of different sizes. Access to real estate becomes more flexible, open and adapted to a wider range of investor profiles.

How it works

A simple, transparent, fully digital process

01

Explore the opportunities

Review each project in detail: location, timeline, target return, guarantees and the developer in charge.

02

Pick your participation

Set the amount you feel comfortable with. We work with accessible tickets from the very first contribution.

03

Follow the build in real time

You receive monthly reports with photos, construction milestones and financial statements for every project.

04

Receive your return

When the project completes or reaches the agreed milestone, you get back capital plus interest matching your participation.

The process is straightforward: you choose a project available on the platform, define the amount you want to invest and follow the development from a digital environment. There you will find information about where the funds go, expected timelines, participation terms and construction status.

Once the project is completed or reaches its agreed milestones, you receive the return corresponding to your participation. In this way, real estate crowdlending combines technology, collaborative investment and simplified access to the property market.

More than a passing trend, this model reflects a new way of investing in real estate in Argentina. Its main value lies in democratising access to projects that used to be hard to reach for individual investors.

Our platforms are designed to deliver clear information and transparency at every stage. You can always see where your money is invested, how the project is evolving and the conditions under which you participate.

Investing through real estate crowdlending also means supporting initiatives that can help neighbourhoods, cities and new living spaces grow. It is a way to seek returns while taking part in urban development.

We built this space to make investing in real estate simpler, closer and more participatory. Our mission is to open new opportunities within the Argentine property market and provide tools so that more people can invest with information, confidence and stronger decision-making power.

Frequently asked

What people ask us the most

Still got a question? Write to us using the form below.

Who can invest from Argentina?

Anyone over 18 years old with an Argentine ID (DNI) or tax residency in the country can sign up. We carry out identity and source-of-funds verification in line with current UIF (Argentine FIU) regulations.

What is the minimum amount?

We design projects so that the entry ticket is accessible. The minimum participation varies by development, but our goal is to keep it within reach of an individual saver.

How is the return calculated?

Each project publishes an annualised gross target return. The final figure is based on the actual outcome of the development, net of operating costs and fees that were disclosed upfront.

What happens if a project is delayed?

We communicate any deviation promptly. If a build is delayed, repayment timelines are adjusted and formally reported through your account.

Does real estate crowdlending carry risk?

Yes. Like any investment, there is risk of delay, lower-than-expected returns or partial loss of capital. That is why we publish a risk analysis per project and recommend diversifying.
